Assassin/Ninja Help Blur

So I need some help with a Blur build, I need good agil and some mana regen or mana steal.
Have been using Blur, but it's a bit too SP tight for me right now. Mainly gonna be using this to solo Legendary Island so build it accordingly

- Keep the damage around 7k
-Good agility and intelligence

7k is really annoying to get if you still want high agility without being hyperglass so I hope 6.3k will satisfy you enough

I mean I aim for 7k since I feel that the ele def of the bosses is too high and I do little damage so yea :/

 

tbh blur isn't very good for LI anyways it's much better as a secondary then primary
