Is This Normal?

When I was the doing the death whistle quest, I tried to scale a mountain, which teleported me to the tutorial area with the message "The Hill is too steep. You should try and go through the entrance of the mountain." Is this a normal thing?

 

Yes, you're supposed to take the path and enter a cave if I remember correctly

 

Well, not letting you climb the hill is normal, but you're definitely not meant to go all the way to the tutorial area.

 

Is the teleportation a glitch?

 

iirc theres a bug/glitch/whatever that tps you to the default location if it cant find a correct place to tp you, which happens to be the tutorial

 

You're supposed to be teleported back to where you were standing before entering the no-go zone, not the tutorial.
