My Friend Stole My Hores

Hi friends
once was one of my boyz Tommy336 in-game name stole my horse and wont return it? He said it is my folt for giving him horse but isnt this scamming?

To get it out of the way: there's a strict no-refund policy, so you're unfortunately not entitled to a new horse.
What your friend did is not really scamming: he didn't sell it to someone who did not know its market value (more info on scamming here). I'd say he stole it - but this is partly your responsibility, as you willingly gave him your horse. Now if you've got any screenshots of this, please post them. I'm no moderator, but I'm sure one could do something about it.

Sadly, it is very unlikely you will be getting the horse back from that guy, because what he did is not against the rules. You can ask kind players if they would be willing to sell or give you a free horse, though.

Damn, maybe I'm just as much of an asshole, but I got a story.
My friend and I were breeding horses cause we had nothing else to do, when I got my first chestnut. He wanted to take a screenshot with it as his horse, and he never returned it until I said I could upgrade it (which of course makes it untradable). I got the horse back, but he hasn't played wynn since. Am I that big of a scumbag?

 

Based on your story your friend is at fault here since he first stole your horse. I wouldn’t worry much about it; it’s not worth having friends who “borrow” your items but never return them.
