Archer/Hunter Help Looking For Archer Build

Hello guys, since I find it hard finding an archer build I can afford (so NO mythical, only rare/legendary) I'm asking you guys for advise! I'm looking for a build in which spell damage is more important than attack speed or melee damage and in which a bit of nice walking speed and mana is greatly appreciated! ('m lvl 99, almost 100).

I'm curious for your suggestions :)

Edit: This build will become even better after the next item update since the attack speed tier change makes powders more effective on Infused Hive Bow.

Just Prisms works, but doesn't really help with sp tightness

 

it seems you misread my message, i wrote diamond fusion necklace, in which case you'd have 15sp remaining. you'd just need 2 decent prisms (like 15sp idk), 5agi on capri, and a good morph stardusts (which are common) or a modulator

 

rip, that makes more sense. This is more doable, although I wouldn't exactly call a 35sp Morph-Stardust common.
