its been almost 12 hours since i bought hero rank is it possible the process to receive it could be sped up?

Give them time to reply, they have limited staff and cant get to it right away. It will be resolved, it just takes awhile. Sorry that it's being a pain though, it gets frustrating.

You're going to have to practice some patience here. They are few in number and have many issues they are working on. Yours is not the only one they have gotten. Give it time and you'll get it, just some patience is needed.

There is not someone else unfortunately. If the email was sent, then it was sent to the only place where it can/will be looked at.

still no rank 44 hours later this is nice i love waiting and waiting and waiting with not even a msg from sup about it and 80$ in the hole heck i should get that 20% off since they cant even give me my rank in a timely (manner or matter? idk which is right) should i just chargeback it or somthing? idk what the hold up is

 

Keeping a timer up and being impatient isn't going to help at all. You'll just get frustrated more and more. Send another email if you have to, but posting about it constantly just makes you look silly. There are literal hundreds of people playing, many have issues too. The staff is small in number, more so for those who handle support tickets. They will get to it when they can.
