    So I have seen this on the map and in the ship captains dialogue, but have never actually gone there. So I guess this is a question of who has actually taken the time to go there and what is located there?

    Are you talking about the Troll Tower near Half-Moon Island? If so, there's a human at the top of the tower whose name is "Troll". I think there's also a T3 loot chest as well.
