So, it seems like I really need help with forums, because everyone seems to hate me.
Don't know if it's the community or just me, most likely just me. Because every time I try and make to a thread, I would LOVE to hear a response that actually doesn't want me to feel suicidal.
All the feedback I get are basically mocking me or just saying i'm a fucking idiot. Then after a while a mod comes in a says the almost the same stuff and deletes the thread.

    terrible Feedback.PNG Mocking me
    Nother Terrible Feedback.PNG
    Telling me to fuck off
    More terrible Feedback.PNG

    And many more

But there are some replys I do laugh at, even if they are mocking me or not.
    Cool Feedback.PNG Shot's Feedback.PNG More cool feedback.PNG
But in usually in the End.
    Mod's Feedback.PNG
    And mods give actual feedback.
I would LOVE to hear feedback without being told how much I suck at life, 99% of the feedback I get is just telling me to fuck off and kill myself. It doesn't help me, it just doesn't.

But there is something I am very sure of. 101% sure of

How trash my threads, I know how bad my threads are, but I do not know how to make it more likable.
So when 20 people reply how trash I am, that ain't helping. Its like saying to someone who's bad at math how bad at math they are. It won't help them get better at math, it will just make them want to give up and never go back there. You know how I know? Because I'm that person, last year I just gave up doing forums because how there was no feedback on how to get better, pretty much the entire feedback was saying how trash I was and how I should quit. But this year, I honestly do not feel like giving up.

So to you reading this thread right now. How should I get better?

jk just look for something interesting in the game and make sure no one has posted about it before (like a weird glitch or a useful guide on something)

also things that other people can help you with so you have interactivity within the thread and the game

Two sentences aren't enough for an entire thread, because they can just be made as a profile post. Generally, it is expected that a thread has more than a few seconds of content. For example, rather than making a sentence about why you hate a boss fight, make a paragraph about why you hate the boss fight, and add some stuff that can lead to discussion. Now, your thread has more of a purpose and people will be more positive towards it.

For further reading, artist LoveLusting made a guide on how to make great threads.

Sorry for the negative messages, the community can get pretty elitist sometimes, and many people enjoy making fun of stuff like low quality posts and newer members. Just don't let it get to you and prove them wrong one day.

I've been here for over a year, I got a few tips:

#1: Make sure you think about if what you're going to post is either an actual thread or a profile post.

#2: Don't make walls of texts, they are hard to read & hurts the eyes.

#3: Make sure you're putting the topic of your thread in the right section. (people can get the "Wynncraft" Section & "Nemract Bar" section mixed, along with other sections)

#4: Spell check, proper grammar, & consistent writing.

#5: Make the thread worth reading & letting someone comment on it with their opinion.

    Hope that helps!

    Also:
this really is a good help book to making threads

Threads should have a purpose: saying something genuinely interesting, discussing a topic, asking a question to the community, etc. Anything else should be a profile post. Saying ‘this is annoying in the game’ should not have an entire thread dedicated to it. I would say try making detailed, well-thought out threads. You don’t need to make many either

Put effort into your threads. If you want to make a joke, make a proper one that you actually spent some time on. It's not that hard.

Though this tip doesn't specifically apply to you, it's still important:
Do research on the subject you're positing about before making the post

tbh, the way you put it is quite manipulating.
-my post actually gave advice - telling you to put more thought into your thread instead of telling people what they already know.
-you say "every time i try and make a thread", but you only took evidence from one thread. you make it seem like a reoccurring theme, but you only have evidence from one place.

anyway, for the most part, just note that many people's goal, including myself, is to farm lik- er, i mean, get people to laugh, whether it be by making genuine jokes or by mocking people. not a good habit if you ask me, but hey, if my likes/message ratio is going u- *ahem*

anyway, just try not to take many things too harsh or personally. this is a forum about an online video game on minecraft after all, not many people are very serious. what may seem like someone mocking you may not have much malicious intent.

i apologize for my behavior if it came off as offensive, but tbh i probably won't stop making jokes like these so

as for advice on making threads
    -post in the right section

-if tags are available, use them (for example, in class builds, you can have Archer/Hunter or Assassin/Ninja Help etc etc)

-if you're expressing opinion, try not to just state your opinion, but why you reached that opinion at the very least. for example, if your thread had stated "this yahya fight is so annoying, it takes way too long", you would not have gotten nearly as much flame. in fact, it's quite a common opinion.

-if you're giving an idea, try to make it an actual suggestion to implement into the game, instead of "we should implement a system where you can spawn in any item in the game" or something.

-if you're trying to be humorous, try to make sure the joke is somehow integrated into a "serious discussion", for example, throw in some real advice in the end of the thread that's barely relevant to your jokes. often times, this only really applies to making the actual threads, and less of the comments.

    -abide by the rules
