Warrior/Knight Help Water/fire Build

I'm trying to do a Water/Fire build, it's quite annoying. I'd like a build with:

- Fire AND water damage
- Positive elemental defenses
- Over 89 intelligence (if it's super above, 114 would be nice)
- At least 125 def, 150 would be super nice
- Decent damage, at least 13k+ uppers on avg
- And of course, no mythics :P

So 89 int + 125 def = 214 sp
I need to focus on sp with damage.
Sizzling Shawl - Chef Hamsey strategy might work with raw spell I guess?

tf, average 100% water OR fire build, WITHOUT 125+ def on water or 89 int on fire only reaches about 11k
