Assassin/Ninja Help Manna Assassin

Unpopular opinion ik, but I want to try out manna. The build I've made right now is https://wynndata.tk/s/uzjEOV this. I didn't want it to be sp tight, otherwise I probably would've used diamond fiber over prowess or something. I'm looking for it to be improved upon but it needs to meet most of these requirements.
1. Not super sp tight
2. Able to use AoR in the build
3. At least 6k spins
4. No high negative defs (at highest only -100)
5. At least ~12k hp preferably
6. At least 7/4s mr (some ms would be ok with it though)
7. Preferably without -hpr/-ms/-ls
8. No mythic (a.k.a no galleon/warchief please)
9. Don't post the build with powdered defenses, as I'd like to see it without the defenses being fixed because of powders
10. Just realized someone might meme me with statue so please no ws lower than negative 20%

I can use any hive items as I have a master voucher and all other hive gear outside of master already, as well as any LI items as I can run it easily with my archer if needed.

if you have a really good vaward, aquamarine, then you can swap out finesse with intensity, then prowess for whatever

 

wow 6k sounds really good because if you do it twice you get ALLOTA DAMAGE (this gives 13k)
