    Moon Pool Circlet requires 65 Int to wear.

    Moon Pool Circlet gives +3 Int.

    68 int is the mark where your mana reduction is 50%, which lowers the cost for almost every spell in the game mana wise. most people try to reach at least this point in any spell build.
