In my opinion, that's really overpriced for the first 3. 1/40 is fair, but might want to lower the other prices.

 

I like this idea, but your prices are really high. For example a 20/20 black horse go for 2-3 le max, and you're offering that you would level them up for 5 le. So if you would lower these prices based on horse's market prices, you could make some deals. But it's just an advice.
