Ghostly Cap? (twain House And A Grave Mistake)

Hello!
I recently have tried to start The House of Twain and A Grave Mistake quest but it seems i'm not allowed to enter. I have researched the subject and it seems i would need a Ghostly Cap.
Would anyone possibly know where i could get one or if i could buy one from somebody?

So there are three hidden mobs in the House of Twain. Each one drops a ghostly item. On the second floor, there is a hopper that will give you the unidentified Ghostly Cap when all three ghostly items are thrown in.

 

It's quite an annoying quest, since there are no real directions as far as I can tell (also, the quest book marks it "short" for some reason).

 

Well, if you know what you're doing or already have a Ghostly Cap, then it's insanely quick

 

its short becuz there is like 1 step. the quest lengths have to do with amount of steps, not how long it actually takes to complete

 

I'm 90% sure that quest length is no longer automatically tied to the number of stages.

 

Btw you can't start Grave Mistake until you finish House of Twain
and for Grave Mistake you shouldn't even need the ghostly cap so
There's only one part of the House of Twain where you actually need the ghostly cap so ^follow the steps of what people above said to do in order to get the cap

 

Yes, but House of Twain is an old quest; it would have been manually set based on the old system.
If not, then it was manually set to what it used to be.
Either way, as far as I can tell, quests are based on the amount of stages (but if they're counterexamples, feel free to show me).
