    What's the point of this ID? As far as I can tell, it's not viable for any purpose and is basically just window dressing.

    When you hit a mob you have a chance (the Stealing %) to get an emerald from the mob (mob can be passive). Each mob has a limit of 3 emeralds dropped.

    Stealing is just a stat pad, yes.
    It gives a chance to create an emerald when hitting an enemy. There is no point to going out of your way to get high stealing, if that's what you were asking.

    people have made some great meme builds for max stealing, so thats a good use for it
