Tribal Cannibals

Hey, I'm looking for the Digested Corpse Chestplate. On Wynndata, it says it is dropped by Tribal Cannibals. I am not sure where there are located. Here are my questions.

Where are the Tribal Cannibals? Is it confirmed they still drop Digested Corpse?

OR

Have Tribal Cannibals been removed? The closest I can find is the Tribe Zombies at the Tribal Sanctuary. If the Tribal Cannibals have been removed, then is it safe to assume that it is now unobtainable?

But I'm not too sure.

 

I'm 90% sure this is the right location. I know they're along the western mountainside of Dernel somewhere high up, having accidentally encountered them several times in my early lootruns.
