wat is a min inc

 

a minimum increase. As in, the required number of emeralds a player needs to bid over the current amount. Without it, someone could bid 7le and 1 emerald (Which would be a spammy waste of time). You should set yours to 0.5le or 1le (So the next bid would have to be 7.5le or 8le).
