I'm sure MANY other players have found this grave, but I don't see anybody talking about it recently...
May as well throw something in the flame to fuel it back up so...

Might want to specify where this particular grave is.

 

He's refering to this grave here, located in the mountain range between the abandoned mines and Rymek (next time you should include a screenshot in your main post Anthonino)

Like he said, the grave has been found before but I don't think it has anything to do with Dern or the lore. I think it's probably an easter egg, or maybe a reference to someone? It definitely seems more peaceful than most other graves in the game.
