Fate Of The Fallen Help

Hello! I'm quite new to the forums and such so please bare with me, but i have been experiencing problems with the Lv.43 quest Fate of the Fallen. I seem to be stuck where the mage created the portal for me to enter through to enter to Time Valley and The Time Temple. I have tried re-logging, and /kill several times. This has been going on for a little over a month, if anyone could shed some light on this i would be super grateful. <3

 

If you need to enter the "portal" its the dark purple sparks/smoke effect behind him on the ground.

 

I had the same problem. Try going to get the staff again, and bringing it back to him.

 

Oh my gosh! I feel so idiotic, thank you so much!

 

Also, he mentions that he can only do this once. If you take the portal and something goes wrong, you'll need to take the staff and bring it to Time Valley on foot rather than getting a quick-tp.
