| Help | King Of Sand Quest Bug

While I was doing the Kingdom of Sand quest everything was going fine, when I picked up the journal the screen went black but then the server restarted. I log back on and I'm stuck in that room and I can't get the cut scene. I can get and on my old account but not the one I am currently using. I've tried killing myself getting caught by the guard switching servers, switching from 1.8 to 1.13. It's been a few days and still nothing works. How can I fix it?

so just to confirm, did you try doing /kill?

 

Yes. I also tried using a scroll and using it with and without changing servers. I've switched from 1.8 to 1.13, changing servers nothing works. But on my old account it worked normally. When the server restarted it really bugged out my quest because it restarted just as I got the cut scene.

 

don’t use 1.13 that’s just

use 1.9-1.11

 

I just tried 1.9, 1.10 and 1.11 doing /kill and changing servers everytime. Can't get the cut scene.

 

dont do stuff if the server is restarting

first, play on 1.12.2, 1.13 and 1.8 both suck, and u may just have to redo the steps in the quest if u havent trued that yet
