SPOILER Class-specific Accessories In 1.17.7

So I’ve been scrolling through the new 1.17.7 items on Wynndata, and I found some weird ones, which are all Accessories for specific classes only (They also all start with ‘Charm of the-‘)

They are all obtainable through loot chests t3 and t4, I just wanted to point them out because this seems pretty interesting to me since it never happened before.

I never heard about this. Though it's probably becouse I stopped playing Wynn.

 

Class-specific items that aren't weapons are a pretty interesting idea, surprised we haven't had that many in the game. Although to be fair, it would be annoying to lootrun and end up with armor you literally can't use for your class. Maybe more merchants could sell them?

class specific accessories are cool and all, but when can we get non-class specific weapons?

I really like the idea of class-specific accessories and armor and would like to see much more of these (as well as items that are available for two or three classes, if possible), they add more diversity to the classes. Being able to turn a mage-build into an archer or warrior by just swapping out Nepta with Torrential Tide or Tidebinder feels a llitle bit too simple.

Yea, and ignis may well be a ball of fire, so any class should be able to use it, right? That way not just archers can be shi- *cough* what was I saying again?

 

Ignis would be really powerful on other classes. It would be like Guardian but with more damage.

ehh jack of all trades weapon could work. Not too strong with any class but alright. Could be useful as an early-mid level weapon.

 

Warrior: Hey that’s actually pretty nice could work for a low-concentration melee build.

Archer: This looks great, works in a spell damage build and seems awesome!

Assassin: Seems awesome, could work all ways round, melee, spell or hybrid.

Mage:



i’m not even gonna lie the mage one is just terrible
i mean, i can understand the -md% but -sd?

 

it's supposed to boost your heals while keeping damage relatively the same

(imo it's still not great considering you need good rng with your IDs, and if you have raw spell you lose quite a bit of damage)
