Would It Be Better To Make New Characters Before .or After The Next Update?

    My friend and I were going to start playing the game again when the next update comes out, but we were wondering whether the update will add enough low level content to make it worthwhile to make a new character when it drops or if it's all endgame content.

    I've heard rumors that the update will be for lvl 90+, but really I have no idea, just rumors
    So no point in making a new character, everything will be the same up until whatever level you can access the new stuff

    Since Dern is no longer going to be included in the update, and given Salted's latest teaser, I'd recommend starting a new character after the next update.
