Need Help

Hello so here's the problem, I had a black horse "blurryface" and well, I wanted to go to mage island, but I stupidly they my horse into the hopper of the ship. And now I lost it. Can the admins help me get my horse back?

 

Hi, sadly we have a strict no refund policy, so we can't give you your horse back. You can always buy a new one. Try buying one from players, breeding can get really expensive sometimes. A black horse costs between 2-3 le.

The policy is there so people cannot farm "lost" mythics off admins etc
