I have 128% raw (not loot chest-adjusted) with my current build. Based on WynnData the max is ~300% without Discoverer and ~400% with. At what point are the returns small enough to not be worth, e.g., actively trying to replace a 23% Old Keeper's Ring with a 29% or small increments like that?

Usually, a good non-mythic set gets you ~250, but having ~150 is plenty viable for your average lootrun. You'll still get a good amount of items.

I'd say 150% is nice, 250% is good if you have the items, and anything above that isn't worth.

I started out with a ~150 lb build and gradually got upgrades. Usually, you'll eventually get good diamond dusts, OKRs, and Knucklebones after lootrunning for a bit, the pirate's luck boots are a merchant item, and you can get the emerald pendant at the Eltom merchant. So really, the only stuff you end up really needing to invest LE into is a Jera, a weapon (you'll get plenty of wybel fluff weapons, and those have decent LB), and a helmet. I just use a 23% lb forgery I got, since its cheap and pelier has no hp on it.
