Mage/Dark Wizard Help Lament Build

looking for a spell lament build that does very good dmg and has good mana regen. Preferably 12k or if possible 13k meteors. Try not to be too glassy but yea...

not that tight since the only mattering sp rolls are on ss and rings but you can change the rings if you really need sp

or another one with some agi
needs good faciles tho

 

Raw spell mage sure does a lot of dmg

a. don't mind -4/4 mana lol (to be fair, you have a ton of int and mana steal so)
b. rip thunder def but we don't talk about that
c. leggings are crossing, which will probably be released later with corrupted ice barrows. i don't remember how many powders slots or the other stats but those two were the main ones.
