Lifesteal

Just a heads up, English isn’t my first language and I’m really not that fluent at it, especially at explaining stuff. So please do excuse my mistakes, now that I got that out of the way, allow me to begin.

If I’m not mistaken, the chance of having a melee attack becoming lifesteal attack is affected by the weapon’s attack speed. (The lower the attack speed, the higher the chance. ) If that is correct, could someone please name me the chances of the attack becoming a life steal attack for all attack speed tiers?

super slow: 49%
very slow: 30.1%
slow: 16.6%
normal: 12.2%
fast: 10%
very fast: 8.1%
super fast: 5.8%

h= hits per second
1/(4h) is the chance for lifesteal and manasteal activation
