Okay okoy guys people make mistakes, but even if the Caeser thing was wrong, we should still thank @Emilia for all the effort she put into this riddle. It was really fun and it takes alot of time and dedication to make something like this AND to give the oppurtunity to players to try something new. The 10 stacks of le wasnt the real reward, it was just motivation. The reward was supposed to be the possible teamwork, fun and a reminder of how amazing the wynn community is, to be able to solve this riddle.
