Help! Kingdom Of Sand Quest!

Soo.. I was attempting to do a quest (Kingdom of Sand) with one of my friends (Icekandy15) and we got to the part where you are meant to search the cart, you're confronted, and you need to defeat the leader! The problem was, the leader you were supposed to fight, he's stuck in the sky. I attempted the command; /fixquests but it just gave me 2 items that were intended for the quest in the future. I was wondering if ANY admin, or any mod can help me get the note for me (Tasch53) and my friend (Icekandy15).

 

Make sure you have enough soul points, do /kill, and go back to the cart

Edit: Now I can't get the Sceptre, I reloaded and revisited.
