What Should A New Class Be?

Lets not talk about the fact doesn't really need a new class and just get to the point...

From the beginning of Wynncraft, there has always 4 classes, but what's strange is there is 10 class slots...
Now I don't have any ideas of a good class that would fit in Wynncraft, but I can tell you what classes we already have and don't need a copy of.

Warrior: Tank
Archer: Ranged Attacker
Mage: Healer
Assassin: Damager

And lets not forget the weapons:
Spear
Bow
Wand
Dagger

So, what do you think would be a good class to add?

 

Pyromaniac: Fire Dude
He would have the flamethrower spell, and be able to set the ground on fire to damage all enemies that step in it, and shoots 1 beam of fire as a melee attack

Basically a 10 year old mage who has anger issues and recently just died at fortnite



I guess a paladin could be a healing tank

Well yeah because if they're gonna give mobs the OP flamethrower spell, they better let us have it too

 

After heavy flamethrow it becomes toxic flame thrower basically a heavy flame thrower with more damage and also applies poison

Maybe a Summoner or ACTUAL support class?

 

You know what? I made a class concept ages ago, and I might as well put it here because I'm not going to do anything else with it:
Sorcerer/Warlock (on Google Docs)
Summary: Sort of a Warrior-Mage hybrid with a focus on battlefield utility spells

 

A bard would be awesome! :D

How about a class based on movement? Low def, low damage, low spells, but tons of movement. Its spells would all involve moving in some way and its concept is battlefield control

My idea for a bard:
Lore: 8 years old, thinks he/she’s hot stuff
Spells
1: screech
A demonic screech, any mobs with ears die instantly withing a 500 block radius
T2 screech
+Breaking glass
Breaks every glass block and glass plane in a 500 block radius. Does not regenerate
T3 screech
+Rage
Afterwards you rage and gain +999% damage and take 10x damage

Spell 2
Grammar skills 100
Työes something wereid in chass. Al mops wih eys tha tcan readdie
T2
+Gibberish
Types ”Duudfikdkffjiaalaömdfjxujflwmsbddhydsjsn” or somethign like it in chat, makes all mobs that are smart get really confused and die
T3
+Mic
Does nothing. Just mute it like the mobs do

Spell 3
Bad skills
T1: every other spell cast after this fails.
T2: +worse
Autocasted upon spawning
T3: +even worse somehow
Now affects all mobs and players in the server as well, as they cant concentrate while you complain that you are the best and they are just plebs

Spell 4: complaints
T1: ”I LAGGES”, meaning after death you gain 5000 emeralds as compensation
T2: + ”YUP JUTS CYBER BULLYING”
If someone says anyhing in chat, you gain +5000% damage against them
T3: ”COD IS BETTER THIS GAME SUX”
Every mob and player in the game aggroes on you and teleports near you (10block radius). Since you have a bad opinion, they gain +50000% damage against you and take no damage or debuffs from you.
After death you are banned for advertising.

(Seriosly why are bards a thing. What makes them different from other classes? Them being able to play a banjo?)

 

Master-unlock able by getting to max level on every class. Replay bob's mastery to be the ultimate hero. First play as an assassin to level 1-100, then restart as an Archer instantly, once you do that then you'll learn the way of magic, then you become a warrior. Once you finish that, you'll be able to use any of your weapon and all of your previous inventories has been stored in 4 extra bank slots.

 

They are able to put mobs to sleep and can do sympathy?

 

I honestly don't feel like we need a full-on support class. Warrior and Archer can already buff players and have defense spells, and Mage has heal and ice-snake. Any class made just for support would likely be bad unless it's constantly in a group. That doesn't really happen in Wynncraft.

Personally, I think any fifth class should be summoning-focused. No existing class does anything like that, so it would end up having a unique element to it. Even though the idea of a necromancer class might seem like an often-suggested meme, I think it's actually a cool idea.

 

because in d&d you can use charm as a bard
you use inspiration instead of mana
you use charisma because it makes you more powerful

since some people want an actual support class why not a bard?

 

Golem: Kills everything in sight, sometimes including itself.
Main element: Earth
Lore: Fruma people make better golems than Gavel people. Since in Gavel the golems are just retarded NPCs, Fruma's engineers decided to keep the human mind and will so they can actually think for themselves and be useful in the war, but still replaced their fragile flesh with rock and metal.

Spell 1: You rip off your arm and whack everyone with it, boosted melee damage. Can't cast any spells until it ends. Takes away a percentage of your health.

Spell 2: You explode. Your various body parts are scattered, and you take partial damage every time a mob attacks one of your remains. You can fly around like in spectator mode but can't pass through blocks, and can't go too far away from your body parts. You regroup into a physical form after some time or when you attempt to hit something or cast a spell. Takes away a percentage of your health.

Spell 3: You hit the ground several times and cause an earthquake, constantly damaging all enemies within a large radius. Slowed down walk speed during spell and melee hitting stops the spell.

Spell 4: idk I'm out of ideas

 

@icebreaker makes some amazing classes with spells! Honestly wouldn’t mind having some of the things he’s created in the game...
