Help Recovering Account

Hi, I couldn't find a direct support thread to contact the staff, so I am posting in the generalized chat.

I lost my old Minecraft account from years back due to email issues and the mojang account update. (matmay01, the current forum account I am posting on) On this account, I had put many hours into the game and gotten quite far on many classes. I also purchased a VIP rank. Currently, I have been playing on a new account named winshark. I noticed that there are tags including account transferring and linking and I was wondering if I could use this help myself. It would be wonderful if I could continue from where I left off years ago, and if an account transfer was possible. Thank You

 

a little bit off-topic here, but why all the fancy colors?

I mean colors are pretty why would you not want them?

 

Cause in this format they don’t look good. That’s just my opinion though.

Not sure about transferring accounts, if you can, good luck on doing so!

 

I’m pretty sure the admins never do this kind of thing, if they do it’s only in rare cases (I think). Goodluck though.

 

if im not wrong admins dont transfer levels/items. the game is now alot different and also it wont take you much time to get at lvl 75 again
maybe they can transfer your rank

I don’t think they do account transfers, btw changed your text to neutral. Your text is very un-darkmode friendly.
