    Know that there is no "best spear" at that level (comes down to what builds you have etc), but if you have no build in particular, Scythe is probably the strongest at level 70.

    Although, Fuunyet, Dragon's Tongue, maybe Nightmare which are all unlocked at ~74 are pretty nice
