    It's mentioned in the quests that each province has one fountain with water that can make you immortal. The one in Wynn is in the Dernel Jungle, and you go to it in Grand Youth, and the one in Gavel is in the Dark Forest, which you discover in Lazarus Pit. They're the same level because they're the same quest.

    I’m so dumb that I can’t tell if you’re joking or not, but one is called Lazarus Pit and one is called Grand Youth... so how can they be the same quest?

    It was a half joke, the quests obviously are separate from each other but both of them involve you going to investigate a source of water that can grant you eternal life and both are the same level.
