I start heading to the goblin hideout

 

Ignore the fact that it says goblin hideout. I reworked the encounter Saturday.

Since you're traveling off road I would like a survival check from one of you.

After walking for a while you get to a large stone box in the middle of a few snowy hills. Next to the box are three tents and a campfire.

 

"Let me scout it out" I'll cast invisibility and approach the tents

 

Roll for stealth.

 

Advantage because im invisible
15+3=18
11+3=14
So 18

 

You see three tents next to the stone box.
In one of the tents you there are 3 goblins, in one there is 1 hobgoblin and in the last one there is one more armored hobgoblin. Around the fire there are 2 goblins and a hobgoblin. You are right outside the camp and haven't been noticed yet. I'll post the battlemap.

 

I go back the back and while still invisible and say "there appear to be 5 goblins, 2 hobgoblins and 1 armored hobgoblin. But there might be more hiding"

 

"What about the thing we came here for?"

 

"The box is there"

 

Look at the battlemap. The thing with the clouds is the box.
