Is there an easier way to trade here? I swear I'm going to get carpel tunnel selling the treasure I've dived for. Is there some way to get EB instead of E when you sell to him? Or can I set up my mouse to left click every 1/2 second or so?

I believe you can shift click or right click or something like that to convert all of your items of that type.

Nope, no dice. I know some merchants will though, so thanks for the idea.

Geez, you basically have a way of afk money making that just requires a bit of time, and you still complain as if you had to swim to llevigar to exchange em for eb.

In what world is swimming around for treasure, coming back, and manually selling each piece "afk money making"? Not saying you aren't entitled to your opinion, but I strongly disagree.

I can see where you're coming from, but I sort of have to agree wth IreczeQ on this one

I mean, I've never really had the feeling that my fingers are going to break from jitterclicking in 1.8 pvp.

No idea what warring is, I'm still relatively new. Once again, it takes much longer than "like 5 seconds"

Finding where to click isn't too bad, it's the repetitive clicking that hurts. I think we are getting derailed here though, I just had a question if there was an easier method. I didn't think I'd get criticized and called lazy for doing so.

It'd be nice, but I can understand if the reason it wasn't added was to combat emerald inflation. Then again, could've just been a programmer oversight. *shrug*

If a faster way of selling the items would make seavale OP, they can lower the prices to balance it, that should be no problem. So if its realistic to change the system, they should do it. Just clicking the same button over and over is just boring and has nothing to do with fun, skill or a balanced system, its basically the most afk part of the whole process. An unefficient menu doesn't automatically become good game design just because it makes something more time-consuming.
And the difference between clicking buttons in a menu and attacking mobs in melee combat is that a menu ist just a tool to achieve something, while combat is a gameplay experience by itself.

Although I'm not a developer, I wouldn't imagine creating a NPC who turns all your treasures into emeralds by talking to him as too difficult. I mean, we already have similiar systems in quests and several other parts of the game, looping through the players inventory searching for certain items (and removing them) should be possible. Just add a emerald counter that increases each time it finds a treasure and give these emeralds to the player afterwards. And considering that the seavale reef is quite important and known for being one of the main ways to get money, it should be worth it.

Have you seen videos on the old way people had to trade. I don't understand why you can't just click for a minute. And to answer your original question No, there is not an easier way. And also, if you want to make money grind and quest. Diving doesn't level you up and money is practically useless until you get to 90-ish and start getting into the market

Yes, I've played multiplayer Minecraft servers since they started. It used to be done with honor trades before plugins were developed. Not fun, do not recommend.

I have been grinding, I went from level 1-48 in a few days and wanted to try something different to do besides finding groups of mobs, killing, rinsing, and repeating. There isn't an easier way, noted.

Thanks for the info on not really needing money until ~90 though. Useful info!
