the rainbow accessories are to make up for the negative defenses

 

If you're going for an xp/ws build then forget the rainbow defenses, you shouldn't be getting into heavy combat where such things will actually matter. Looking at the build I'd suggest replacing some of the accessories with mostly xp ones while getting one walks speed one to push you to that 150% ws and allow you to be faster than a 40/40 white while using speed 3.
