Dern is being leaked so long it is almost a dream that it will come out.

 

There has been no news on Road to Dern for over 8 months. Normally by now, we've already got the next update, but apparently this one will take longer as it's bigger/better than Gavel - "Road to Dern > Gavel" (May have slightly misquoted?). I'm personally hoping that if it's taking this long, then Dern will be included- I'm also expecting it to be the same kind of size as the light realm.

As for when, I'm guessing that teasers will start dropping next month, followed by the changleog and beta servers all in time for a Hallowynn release as that'd fit with the dark theme of it all and still give the content team a few months to prepare for the Wynnter Fair (Which was cancelled last year, so I'm assuming they'll definitely want to do it this year).

 

I doubt that Fruma will be the update right after Dern. Knowing Wynn, there will probably a few years of revamps and quality of life updates (which aren't a bad thing) and Fruma will be something like 1.24.

 

whot, I never have seen that on the forums. how did you bring that in?

 

I think the more interesting question is what comes after Dern and Fruma.

I see some comments say that RTD will be in the next update 1.18 or that they hope it will be in the next update but it is confirmed that dern is postponed by grian not grain.

About what will come first I think it will be RTD because it is confirmed first and then have been postponed and fruma still don't have any information about.
