Question About Maps

I've heard (but yet to confirm) that admin doesn't want people publicizng maps of caves. Does Letvus airbase count as a cave? (I really want to make a map of the place)

 

What exactly do you mean by a map

 

More in the sense of an approximate layout rather than a cavemapping tool or something like that.

 

Where did you get that staff does not want ppl to map caves?

 

Most likely a post on the forums by someone who may or may not have known what they were talking about. Is this accurate?

 

They don’t want people creating world downloads or using tools that let you see hidden areas. Minimaps and just making your own maps of large major areas is fine as long as it doesn’t see through walls or stuff like that.

 

Cave minimaps are not allowed cause it lets you see hidden areas that are underground. Letvus should be fine.
