    So I got myself this bad boy
    Arma Gauntlet
    and as you can see, it has negative spell damage. On my spins and smoke bombs appears approx. - - 32 neutral dmg.
    Does it actually heal the mob?

    No, it removes 32 raw spell damage from your total damage. I’m not sure if it does anything if you don’t have raw spell anyway, but it probably does.

    it takes away dmg, not sure how its calculated which element tho
