    Stefan Karl is probably the saddest death this year, and I mean that literally.

    I grew up watching Lazy Town, and to me Stefan Karl was always Robbie Rotten. But around 2016, I saw a different side to the man I've never seen before, someone who was enjoying what little time he had left, and when the we are number one meme came around, I was quite surprised that he welcomed it with open arms, unlike other celebs would either ignore it, or just flat out hate it. On TV he was making evil plans, but in reality, he was truly a kind hearted man enjoying and embracing his life. He has truly left a legacy and he will quite literally, go down in history.

    He will forever be, Number One.

    what really surprises me is how young he was actually
    judging by his aspect, i would say he was by his 50s-60s but he was 43... thats even younger than Iwata...
    I'm also specially sad for his kids, having to live the rest of your life with no father must hurt...

    It was tough for him. At first he had aggressive liver cancer, but his fans and the memes were able to fund a surgery to remove that, however, he then got aggressive cancer elsewhere. So sad and so unlucky
