Hello! I hope someone can help me out with this with a full and detailed guide..

My Class is Archer and I"m currently sitting at level 40 , but im confused about which bow I should take..the slow one who does more damages? or the fast one with low damages..

What should I always check for Bows
What should I always check for Armors?

I hope someone can come up with a guide for me who cover both bows and armor!

Choosing which weapon or armour to use primarily revolves around what build you’re going for. Pay attention to the different ID’s on the items, see which ones suit your playstyle more.

Want to have high walk speed? Go for air and agility based items with fast attack speed.
Want to cast lots of spells? Use items with high mana regen and water damage/defense, and also intelligence skill points.
Want to absorb damage and have a lot of health? Go for defensive items with good health regen and rainbow defenses.
High damage witbhout caring about speed? Earth based items, melee damage bonus and don’t care about attack speed.
And do you want items for fast, although not very reliable damage output? Go thunder, attack speed and dexterity bonus.

There are so many different items and different identifications, there are items for almost every build imaginable.

The fast one with low damages and slow one with more damages may end up having similar damage outputs if they're close to the same level. If that's the case, it all comes down to your preference: do you want to shoot faster and minimal damage with each shot, or shoot more slowly and rely on each shot doing more damage. As for your spells, the attack speed increases the damage your spells do as well. This allows the faster bow to potentially do as much damage with spells as the slower one.

For bows and armor, the number one tip is to try and avoid negative ids. Sure, some of them might be hard to avoid, if you use lots of earth items you might end up with some negative spell damage, but you'll also get melee damage to make up for it. In particular, try to avoid negative health regen and negative boosts in both types of damage.

As for IDs to aim for, mana regen is a high priority if you plan on casting a lot of spells and have a good amount of intelligence. An example of a mana regen items are level 40 boots "Sacred", brought at the llevigar armor merchant. Also useful is health regen, or possibly life steal if you use melee damage at least somewhat often. Furthermore, try to get +X% Elemental Damage items that correspond with the elemental damage of your normal bow. For instance, if you have a thunder bow, try and find gear that says +10% Thunder Damage. Avoid having negative +% elemental damage too!

You can always insert your build into https://wynndata.tk/builder/ to see all the stats if you're having trouble choosing between 2 items
