Do You Get Skill Points At Level One?

    I started a new class to play but when I check my class points at level 6, I realized I only had 10 points. If I had only ten points, does that mean I do not get any skill points at level one?

    Nope, you don't. You're stuck with 198 skill points at level 100 because of this, and you'll have to reach level 101 to get that nice, rounded 200.
