Archer/Hunter Help Need A Walkspeed Spell Spam Build...

Im trying make a walk-speed spell spam build, heres what I got so far but please note Im bad and desperately need help (Mainly more MR without taking damage too low atleast 6k bombs and 32k arrow storm)
