Seavale reef, ~1 LE an hour. Someone people find it fun to do, I personally find it a little boring but hey, its decent LE.

Well, then you just have to spend time and get money.

Lootrun, usually rodoroc/corkus/lusuco/dernel and whatnot or whatever farming method anyone else said.
You're not gonna get emeralds complaining about how poor your are.

loot running is definitely your best option (although seavale reefs are less labor-intensive i guess)

you can also try to grind mobs with an LB set

don't item buyer your items, try to sell that good ones to other players

Usually, 90% of my items get IB'd.

I don't keep a shop on the forums, so I just usually IB bad-decent items and keep really good rares/legendaries to sell to players in-game. Some people keep most of the mediocre items for their shop, so its just preference and how much time you're willing to invest.

I usually get 32EB to 1 LE off every loot run if I IB everything, and the longest loot runs usually take ~20-30 mins. And of course, you'll make more if you get good rolls on items to sell to players.
