    What I'd like it to have if possible:
    - High Spell Damage and decent MR
    - High Int and Agi
    - 8k+ health
    - Positive Health Regen & LS
    - Not horrible defenses

    Hive & LI Ok, Mythics are fine too but preferably not the super expensive ones.

    If you want more MR, you can swap Dia Steam Ring for Moon Pool Circlet.

    Also, if you can't get the SP tightness to work, swapping to MPC fixes it as well.
