first there was sitis and black
now there’s knucklebones and pandemonium
i know yygaymer managed to solo li with that shit but still
i mean at least sitis can be good when used properly but pandemonium is just
so i’m gonna ask the same question I asked god about flies and mosquitoes
why does it exist

tbh, you might be able to pull something off with pandemonium with gambler, at least before the rework (gambler right now may be disgusting, but pandemonium balances is out kappa)

also, what's wrong with black and knucklebones?

 

they almost never appear in chests
well maybe black more than knucklebones but still

sitis only comes from t3/4 chests and black comes from any source

while looting a t3/4 chest, items like sitis (which only appear in these higher tier chests) have priority over black

black usually is so hard to get because there's not many places at level 98 or so that have lots of weak mobs like freezing heights (level 96-100 items are somewhat rare in freezing heights), so you won't get many 96-100 legends from mobs

 

Just like 'Crown of Suzaku'.
If you make Earth/Thunder build, you might have high Earth/Thunder def (Not always!).
With those defs, you are fine to use 'Crown of Suzaku' to boost your damage more.

Imo, same reason works for it.
If you are abuser and make rainbow build, you might have rainbow defs, so sacrificing your def to get damage boost won't be that hurtful.
