Weapon: Balanced hive bow

no LI items or mythics pls

so making it completely balanced (powder wise) isn't exactly the greatest idea I've ever seen. This is mostly because of the fact that you'll miss out on powder specials. Therefore, it's probably best to go for 4 out of the 5 elements (as shown weeb's build).

small rip earth defense but you can fix that up with some powders pretty quickly
suppresion's mana steal doesn't matter neither does its life steal
invest enough points into intelligence to hit 94 int for 3 mana arrow bombs

more raw def/hp for less elemental def and melee

 

I honestly wouldn’t recommend fully rainbow, I would say have it some rainbow but with at least half of the armour leaning it to 1 or 2 elements while still keeping most of the rainbow defs but better dmg

 

A variant of my Freedom build: build 1 / build 2
You can play a bit with the powders yourself
If you can beat legendary island, I recommend swapping the necklace with diamond hydro necklace (and maybe ring 1 with gold/dia hydro ring as well)

if you get dia fusion I recommend swapping prism for dia fusion
you could also use byte or maybe something like lodestone over prism if you have it
