Does Loot Bonus Affect Item Bombs

    For the longest time I've thought that loot bonus does affect an item bomb but i wanted to double check so I tried to look it up on the forums but i couldn't find a thread. Does anyone know if this is true or not?

    Loot bonus does not affect the quality of items, it only grants more loot. Since item bombs only ever drop 2 items, loot bonus is useless.
