    From any chests around level 93, so probably Rodoroc and Corkus are best for that. (Assuming you’re talking about Nepta Floodbringer)

    T3/T4 Loot Chests.

    There are some other conditions. Either...

    The chest must be around mobs that are near Nepta's level
    OR
    The chest must be around no mobs and you must be near Nepta's level
