What do the stars on an identified object mean? Sometimes there are two stars on it too?

It means the stat is good. 1 star is good, 2 stars is amazing, 3 star is the best possible (which is a ~0.99% chance per id, btw)

So positive IDs work like this:

ID base value*(random number between 30 and 130)/100=your result(round to the nearest integer).

Now, my numbers may be wrong, but 1 star means that the random number was between 101 and 124, 2 stars is between 125 and 129, and 3 stars is a perfect 130 generation.
