heres my build
pros: 15/4 mana regen with 11k average dmg
cons: negative earth/thunder
you can solo li with this, as long as you dont run in front of cybel

 

lament more like please dont ignore double digit mana steal

 

i dont notice mana steal on lament

 

Even if you somehow manage to not notice the mana steal on lament (unless your lament has shitty mana steal) 15/4s mr is still overkill imo the max for a spell spam build (or any build) should probably be 12/4s but 9/4s mr is typically fine long as you know what swapping spells is to reduce mana cost

 

ive got a 9/4 steal one, and i dont notice it at all
