I Need Help Please

I have an issue with my old account and can't sign in (OtakuFox).
I Was wondering if I could get the items that I had in that account on my archer and migrate it to my new account (ChillHabibi).
I know I have not much evidence but I have a friend (Dracowolforigin) that I bashed Wynncraft with on my archer class and I am friends with him on both accounts.
Please try as much as possible to help because of I was level 40+ on it and I don't want to waste it.

Wynncraft has a strict no refund policy, so sadly this isn't possible. Quoted from the rules:

"15. Refunds Policy.

We cannot refund items that are acquired in-game, no matter how they are lost. For any problems with items (packages) that are purchased through our store, please contact us at [email protected]."

 

We're very sorry, but we can't do this. Just for some motivation however, at least you aren't level 101. Take a little break if you feel like you should't play this for a bit. Then jump back in when you're ready.
