    So I found this cave in House #2 in Cinfras... Never seen it before, just wanted to ask, has it always been here?

    I'm pretty sure this has always been there, but it's always nice to find something you haven't seen before in game! If you go down the path it leads to this neat laboratory area with giant mushrooms, maybe Yayha used to live there?...

    It might've been a powder shrine. AFAIK they were in crystal caves.
